Cosy, welcoming hotel. Effort in making birthday special. Adjacent to ski lift. Staff fantastic, Maserati airport transfer. Super spa, authentic alpine room.

Unfortunately we arrived late at the hotel as our car broke down and our stay was somewhat spoilt by the uncertainties and need to get a taxi back first thing in the morning to meet the repair truck. We will certainly go back to this pleasant hotel one winter for skiing.

This hotel is a wonderful choice for those looking for a peaceful stay that's close to all the action. Located in a beautiful setting, this hotel is on a quiet hillside, but still a short walk from all the local attractions. the rooms are modern, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Guests rave about the amazing service and delicious breakfast spread. the pool and spa are also high points, with great views of the surrounding mountains.
Some guests have noted that the parking area is small and can be difficult to maneuver in and out of.

Our stay in this hotel was amazing. The location is perfect, as it is next to the "Spinale" cable car and the city center is only a 5-minute walk away. The hotel facilities are top-notch, and we particularly enjoyed the SPA area, which includes massage services. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Lastly, the breakfast was of high quality, with a variety of options to choose from.

Spent Christmas at this hotel, we liked the spacious room and the amazing variety offered in the breakfast buffet. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the center and right next to the ski lift. The ski-in, ski-out convenience was definitely a plus. We also enjoyed the spa area and the friendly staff.
The downside was that the service in the restaurant was somewhat poor, with one waiter being rude and unprofessional. Another issue was that the price was a bit too high.
